Network operations specialist – junior

– Day-to-day maintenance of the network (stability/reachability/availability), technical support delivery for existing solutions, incident handling, follow standards and processes according to defined SLAs 
– Ensure IT best practices, security policies and standards are followed 
– Daily network administration (LAN / WAN, Security, Wireless, LoadBalancers, DNS/DHCP)  
– Solve ordinary user’s demands 
– Perform installation and configuration of new infrastructure devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs) or replacement of broken devices

– Manage and implement complex NW changes as part of a project implementation or execute NW normal, non-standard and routine changes (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, Load Balancing)

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our product engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for creation and continuous improvement of the cloud infrastructure, services build on top of the infrastructure, automation, as well as support other teams in their project. You will work in a team of architects, infrastructure engineers, developers and QA testers participating on the technical design, modeling, coding, testing and release of the cloud solutions to production.

• Responsible for implementing part of or whole technical solution for the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design
• Occasionally responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions
• May lead small to medium technical projects, working with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives
