Proposal and Content Manager

Currently, we are looking for a professional who would join us and become part of the EMEA Customer Solution Team on the position of Proposal and Content Manager.Job offer informationResponsibilities:- Complete request for proposals and leads the submission from a content perspective - Coordinate the submission content deliverables with the pursuit team and other functions in order to meet customer deadlines - Producing and publishing content - Develop content strategy aligned with short term and long-term pursuit and marketing trends - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout - Create and publish engaging content based on pursuit feedback - Adapt and translate the localized templates of the offer or of the SSOW to a local language where needed - Create reusable customer-agnostic content, creation of reusable service descriptions for proposals, reusable contractual service descriptions for SOWs - Manage a process of content updates: versioning, reviews with content owners, tracking changes, indexing documentsOther informationRequirements:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Technical, Business or related field - 2+ years of experience on a related position - Direct management experience in multinational companies - Fluent English both verbal and written (preferable level C1/C2) - Project Management related certificate is an advantage - Experience with using a variety of software packages (ref. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc.) - Experience with Sharepoint design and maintenance, tables of contents, setting up search keywords, etc. - Interpersonal skills – leading skills, communication, negotiation, focus on details, prioritization, decision-making, creativityIf you feel that this role would fit your personal interests and plans for professional development, please, send us your CV.
