BG Printing Design Coordinator
The Printing Design Coordinator would perform wide range of administrative, organizational and technical tasks - part of the active running projects
Information about the position:
- Understanding and meeting specific customer business needs;
- Building and maintaining effective working business relationships;
- Analyzing contractual documents, agreements and policies;
- Preparation of various printing solution analyses and reports;
- Creating presentations and graphics using MS Visio;
- Providing price competitive solutions, while meeting customer requirements;
- Collection, checking and presenting the deals’ document pack to customer operations;
- Communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s/Masters’ degree;
- Background in administrative role with extensive experience in Excel (pivot, Vlookup, formulas);
- Excellent English Language (written and spoken);
- Strong MS Office skills - Excel, Visio, Power Point;
- Ability to solve problems and see alternatives;
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail;
- Strong prioritizing and time management skills.
