IT support specialist

  • Troubleshoot IT problems using Standard Operating Procedures and previous training
  • Provide exceptional user support for Windows, Android, Office, Hardware, and Network issues (in-person and remotely)
  • Manage desktop/laptop support, asset preparation, and onboarding for new users
  • Handle ticket management, service requests, and infrastructure changes
  • Deploy new equipment, including racking, patching, cabling, labeling, and configuration
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and escalate requests as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track asset status (ServiceNow)

Lead/ Senior Business Analyst

Jako Lead Business Analyst budeš klíčovou osobou celé discovery a design fáze. Budeš se účastnit workshopů se stakeholdery pro všech 5 use casů, přeložíš business potřeby do strukturovaných požadavků a připravíš podklady pro výběr platformy (RFP). Spolupracovat budeš primárně s kolegy z obchodu, produktu, projektovým manažerem a konzultačně s IT architekty. V dalších fázích projektu budeš klíčovým mostem mezi business týmem, Solution Architektem a dodavatelem platformy.

Discovery fáze:

  • Dokumentovat discovery a design workshopy pro vybrané business use cases
  • Vytvářet, konsolidovat a udržovat Service Blueprint nové platformy, doplňovat aktualizovat na základě probíhajících story mapping cyklů s obchodem a produktem
  • Challengovat navrhované řešení z pohledu IT, systémů, technologií
  • Spolupracovat s product ownery a manažery na mapování a designu zákaznické cesty a přípravě user stories
  • Podílí se na vibe coding low-fidelity prototypů
  • Spravovat sdílený datový slovník a hlídat konzistenci napříč use casy
  • Koordinovat cross-UC syncy a zachytávat závislosti mezi use casy
  • Koordinovat provazby s IT architekty, Security popř. Devops týmem

RFP fáze:

  • Připravit funkční sekci RFP dokumentu (user stories, akceptační kritéria, prioritizace)
  • Koordinovat funkční sekci a validovat s IT architektem, security a dalšími technickými týmy
  • Hodnotit technické nabídky vendorů z pohledu funkčního pokrytí společně s týmem
  • Definovat akceptační kritéria a scénáře

Build & Testování fáze:

  • Průběžně upřesňovat a doplňovat požadavky při konfiguraci platformy
  • Připravovat a koordinovat UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scénáře
  • Validovat výstupy vendora vůči původním business požadavkům
  • Hand on testování dodávek

RPA Business Analyst (onsite in Luxembourg)

The objective of this assignment is to evolve the existing automation landscape to effectively address new business and AI‑driven process demands while ensuring sustainability and alignment with organisational standards. This includes enhancing current robots with more intelligent capabilities, modernising and standardising system integrations, and supporting continuous, evolutive development in line with emerging needs. The assignment also aims to strengthen the use of secure, centralised components for access and connectivity management, ensure infrastructure and network readiness for reliable robot operations, streamline the provisioning of new automation components, and optimise the efficient use of associated enterprise platforms and licences.

 

The successful achievement of the objectives of the Assignment involves the following tasks:

  • Cooperation with business team to identify and analyze potential automation cases and their development plan.
  • Preparing Process Design Documentation, AS-IS and TO-BE process models and maps in line with Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN).
  •  Supporting Business in Process simplification and optimization.
  •  Managing whole robot lifecycle from the moment new initiative is entered by the business, through development, release and deployment until decommissioning of the robots.
  •  Developing new automation use cases with UiPath suite and RPA frameworks based on the requests coming from different teams within EIB Group.
  •  Performing unit, regression, non-regression testing as well as SITs and UATs.
  •  Releasing automated cases to production environment.
  •  Providing hyper care and support to production robots.
  •  Analyzing and implementing potential improvement to production robots.
  •  Coordination of all the activities described above.
