ServiceNow Developer

We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module. You will join an implementation team delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions for a key client. The role involves working in an agile environment alongside a Solution Architect, Scrum Master, and other technical team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations tailored to business needs.
  • Customize existing ServiceNow modules using workflows and scripts to automate and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Take full ownership of your code, from development through testing and deployment.
  • Design scalable, maintainable features and solutions with future platform evolution in mind.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in a dynamic and fast-paced agile environment.
  • Focus on clean, high-quality, and reusable code.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development.
  • Familiarity with modules such as:
    • Service Portal
    • HR Service Delivery
    • HR Onboarding and Transitions
    • ITSM
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES5+), HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web-based standards (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and scalable architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; ability to lead small technical teams is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Required Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • ServiceNow IRM Certification
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC or Security Operations
    • Micro-Certifications: Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, HR Onboarding & Transitions
