Service Renewal Project Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Renewal Project Manager to join our client’s team, who will be responsible for the management of the services maintenance renewal contract process.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that Service target margins are achieved, contributing to accurate revenue recognition, ensuring committed schedules and deliverables are met, and that projects meet Customer expectations for quality and service;
- Supporting pre-sales activities, providing services maintenance subject matter expertise, and contributing to Customer proposals and RFP responses, as required;
- Document and facilitate the resolution of issues as they arise;
- Ensure proactive and frequent contact with stakeholders relating to all project activities;
- Partners directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into structured and executable tasks and milestones;
- Document and communicate project status, obstacles, and resolutions to management;
- Assure all parties maintain close communication and coordination regarding project status and milestones.

Other information

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Network Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field;
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of Telecommunications-related industry operational experience and/or implementing projects within those markets;
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience;
- PMP certification is preferred;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage Director-level and C-level contacts;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Independent and proactive mindset, capable of resolving conflicts and driving results;
- Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills;
- Proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Working hours: USA coverage time (15:00–00:00 EEST).
