RPA Business Analyst (onsite in Luxembourg)

The project aims to extend and modernise the RPA service so it can better support emerging business needs throughout the year. The project will focus on enabling existing automations to incorporate new process demands, including those informed by AI‑driven insights. It will introduce more advanced capabilities into current robots, adopt modern and standardised integration methods, and support evolutive development aligned with organisational priorities.

This project supports evolution of Robotic Process Automation Service. Key milestones to work on during the project are:

  1.  Enhance current robots with more advanced and intelligent capabilities.
  2. Adopt more modern and standardised integration methods for system interactions.
  3. Support ongoing evolutive development aligned with emerging organisational needs.
  4. Strengthen the use of secure, centralised components for managing system access and connectivity.
  5. Enable onboarding of new automation use cases.
  6. Improve efficiency in the use of related enterprise platforms and licences.
Job offer information

The objective of this assignment is to evolve the existing automation landscape to effectively address new business and AI‑driven process demands while ensuring sustainability and alignment with organisational standards. This includes enhancing current robots with more intelligent capabilities, modernising and standardising system integrations, and supporting continuous, evolutive development in line with emerging needs. The assignment also aims to strengthen the use of secure, centralised components for access and connectivity management, ensure infrastructure and network readiness for reliable robot operations, streamline the provisioning of new automation components, and optimise the efficient use of associated enterprise platforms and licences.

 

The successful achievement of the objectives of the Assignment involves the following tasks:

  • Cooperation with business team to identify and analyze potential automation cases and their development plan.
  • Preparing Process Design Documentation, AS-IS and TO-BE process models and maps in line with Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN).
  •  Supporting Business in Process simplification and optimization.
  •  Managing whole robot lifecycle from the moment new initiative is entered by the business, through development, release and deployment until decommissioning of the robots.
  •  Developing new automation use cases with UiPath suite and RPA frameworks based on the requests coming from different teams within EIB Group.
  •  Performing unit, regression, non-regression testing as well as SITs and UATs.
  •  Releasing automated cases to production environment.
  •  Providing hyper care and support to production robots.
  •  Analyzing and implementing potential improvement to production robots.
  •  Coordination of all the activities described above.

Business Analyst Intermediate

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant field.

In the absence of a Bachelor degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 3 years can be accepted.

Mandatory Experience

3 years of experience in the field of Robotic Process Automation.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Knowledge of English.
