Junior Network Engineer – Fortinet

Čo budeš robiť

  • Riešiť bežné incidenty a požiadavky v sieťovej infraštruktúre zákazníkov (L1.5 – L2)

  • Pracovať najmä s Fortinet technológiami (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)

  • Pomáhať s konfiguráciou a údržbou firewall pravidiel a VPN tunelov (SSL/IPsec)

  • Robiť základný troubleshooting konektivity a analýzu logov (s podporou seniornejších kolegov)

  • Dokumentovať zmeny a riešenia v ticketovacom systéme

  • Spolupracovať s tímom a postupne preberať zodpovednosť aj za komplexnejšie úlohy

Junior DevOps developer (Kubernetes)

What you will do:
• Design, develop and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure (cloud based and on-prem)
• Create and maintain Helm Go templates and Kustomize configuration files
• Write and improve deployment automation scripts (Python)
• Document both automated and manual operational processes
• Design and implement container images (C#, .Net Core, Typescript, Go)
• Create and improve integrations with external identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Keycloak)
• Investigate performance issues

IT support specialist

  • Troubleshoot IT problems using Standard Operating Procedures and previous training
  • Provide exceptional user support for Windows, Android, Office, Hardware, and Network issues (in-person and remotely)
  • Manage desktop/laptop support, asset preparation, and onboarding for new users
  • Handle ticket management, service requests, and infrastructure changes
  • Deploy new equipment, including racking, patching, cabling, labeling, and configuration
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and escalate requests as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track asset status (ServiceNow)
