Project Coordinator (Night Shifts)

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our client’s team, responsible for project costing, invoicing, and ensuring the successful execution of projects in support of the Senior Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate project costs, invoices, and vendor charges against approved scope, budgets, and contractual terms;
  • Track and report key program KPIs (cost burn, variances, change orders, milestones) with a strong focus on data accuracy;
  • Execute and manage vendor POs, including creation, reconciliation, and status tracking across multiple suppliers;
  • Maintain cost trackers and reporting artifacts to support PMs, senior leadership, and client-facing reviews;
  • Identify cost risks, discrepancies, and trends and proactively escalate with clear, data-backed insights;
  • Power BI and advanced Excel experience are strong assets for dashboarding, KPI visualization, and executive reporting.
Other information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, or a related field;
  • 1+ years of Project Management experience;
  • Strong analytical and financial controls experience in project-based or operations environments;
  • Comfortable working with Excel, reporting dashboards, and large data sets;
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving data accuracy and compliance;
  • Advance Power BI experience;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Independent and proactive mindset, capable of resolving conflicts and driving results;
  • Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Working hours: USA coverage time (15:00–00:00 EEST).
