We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to join one of our partners through an outsourcing collaboration. This is a remote-first role, based out of Sofia, Bulgaria, open exclusively to EU citizens. The engagement runs until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

As part of a cross-functional product team, the UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of user-centered design work and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and rapidly implement visually distinctive user experience solutions that differentiate the product in the market.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, backend developers, business analysts, and product owners, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality UI solutions.
• Play a critical role in maintaining design consistency across our products and platforms.
• Contribute significantly to improving application usability through thoughtful and user-centered design.
• Drive best practices for frontend development by providing a strong UX perspective.
• Create user-centered designs, translating user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging interfaces.
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process from concept to prototype.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or product design.
• A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your concept-to-prototype design work.
• High proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Fluent English is a must-have for effective communication within the team.
