Unified Communication Engineer
We are looking for Unified Communication Engineer to join our client's team carrying out a project for one of the EU agency located in Warsaw.Job offer informationSpecific Requirements:
- Expert in administration of Exchange Hybrid
- Experience in administration of MS Teams
- Knowledge on Microsoft Phone System configuration
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Exchange Servers
- Administration of Skype for Business Servers
- Administration of Exchange Online service
- Administration of e-mail archiving solution
- Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related in different environments (production, testing, development)
- Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner
- Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes
- Architecting long term changes to the Exchange platform
- Contribution to specifications for solutions based on or integrated with Exchange
- Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of Exchange platforms according to the need of the project
- Architecting long term changes to the Skype for Business platform
- Contribution to specifications for solutions based on or integrated with Skype for Business
- Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of Skype for Business platform according to the need of the project
- Maintenance of system documentation
- Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions
Other informationKnowledge:
- At least 2 years (full time) experience at the similar position
- Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server technology
- Practical experience with administering Microsoft Skype for Business Server
- Experience in administration of complex Exchange topology deployed in distributed environments
- Expert in optimizing, tuning and planning capacity of Exchange Server
- Experience in optimizing, tuning and planning capacity of Skype for Business Server
- Experience in Exchange patch management
- Experience in Skype for Business patch management
- Expertise in analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systemsPersonality assumptions and skills- Very good communication skills (in written and verbal communication)
