Voice&Video Specialist/Developer

System specialist is responsible for specialized technical project and service orders in IPT and contact center area.



  • Installation, configuration and designing of contact center and IPT solutions
  • Diagnosing and fixing HW, SW voice network problems
  • Making a detailed protocol analysis, making solutions for contact centers
  • Providing a qualified trainings for customers with detail description and explanation of technologies
  • Technical customer support  and consultations by phone, e-mail
  • Ongoing VoIP products market research
  • Creation of project documentation including security projects, and testing new products. 



  • At least 2 years of practical IT experience is an advantage
  • English is a MUST
  • Experiences with Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk solution implementation
  • Knowledge of multi-channel contact centers is an advantage
  • Knowledge of IPT solution is an advantage
  • Knowledge of network technologies (on CCNA or CCNA Voice certification level)
  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux OS in an advantage
  • Experience with C #, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, MS SQL is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong customer orientation
  • Analytical and creative thinking, multi-tasking, proactive problem solving
