IT Administrator

The role of an IT Administrator is to support the assigned JIT (Just-In-Time) plant in the daily operations of the local network and IT hardware connected to it. Local IT administrator provides user support of information and communication business systems, telecommunications and related issues. 

  • Installation of software packages in accordance with company rules
  • Management of IT asset
  • Ensure Data backup
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting and support
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Desktop and laptop setup and distribution
  • Basic user support on common office software systems ( Microsoft Office)
  • Support users through the Stratos Helpdesk system, comunication with support teams and competence centres  in English language
  • Keep IT management up to date
  • Level 1 support for IT issues with office and manufacturing systems
  • Provide Level 1 support for the shopfloor applications and related IT hardware
  • Provide Level 1 support for SAP
  • Management of user accounts in Active Directory
  • Management of printers and print queues
  • Participate in improvement of IT processes
  • Provide basic support for newcomers in native language
  • Ensure monitoring of IT devices and processes
  • HW/SW/Phone procurement
  • Changes Documentation
  • Training
  • Ensure 24/7 IT support ( IT duty )


  • High school or College in Information technologies
  • 3-5 years experience in the field
  • Active using of English language
  • Microsoft Operating Systems – WIN7, Microsoft Server 2008/2012 Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 2010 / 2016 products
  • Active Directory – excellent customer service skills
  • VMWare 6.0 – experience in a production/manufacturing environment
  • CISCO networking experience
  • MS SQL
