HR Specialist

Join our czech&slovak HR team and help manage the day-to-day processing of all HR and benefits functions. This is a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person who is interested in a career in Human Resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide HR administration and support services
  • Participate on HR projects
  • Manage employee adaptation processes
  • Responsible for language education in the company
  • Responsible for HR documentation: general data inputting and maintaining personal files, uploading documents and data
  • Administer all benefit programs
  • Completing assigned tasks according to HR team´s processes and supervisor´s instructions
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
  • Fluent English
  • Good proficiency of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • University degree in either Economics, Human Resources Management or Psychology is an advantage
  • Ability to undertake confidential work in a sensitive manner
  • Excellent organizing and process related skills
  • Team player, supporting constructive working environment, bringing enthusiasm, drive and proactivity
  • Open minded person with the capability to work flexibly
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and reasoning skills
