HR Business Partner

We are looking for a colleague, who will join our Recruitment Team and help us with IT recruiting, business partnering and will participate on various interesting agendas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsibility for recruitment process, which includes selection of candidates, pre-screenings, personal interviews with hiring managers and job offerings.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for assigned business partners
  • Participation on our ongoing recruitment projects and campaigns, such as job fairs, cooperation with schools, employer branding, organizing of trainings for employees and team leaders, cooperation with marketing and internal HR, managing internal transfers, promotions, employee career planning, referral program

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience in IT Recruitment is desired
  • Fluent English is must
  • University Education of HR orientation is desired
  • Flexibility, responsibility, organizational skills and time management are required
  • Open minded, easy going, friendly and helpful personality is essential
  • Organizational skills and well developed time management is expected
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing manager’s needs, ability to be proactive and shape manager’s expectations
  • Willing to work in a smaller team, with friendly atmosphere consisted of young people
  • Understanding of IT field is an advantage
