Service Desk Administrator / Programmer

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Soitron ITSM team.


  • Administration and testing of service desk system
  • Installation of systems on site at the customer
  • Regular customers visiting
  • Using knowledge of ITIL processes for systems deployment
  • Systematically react on technical incidents and proactively propose solutions
  • Solving outstanding problems
  • Working with database systems
  • Cooperation with team and partners
  • Opportunity to participate on implementations



  • At least 2 year’s experience of Linux OS Administration
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration)
  • Knowledge in the implementation of any IS
  • Knowledge of MS Windows Server OS (supported versions), including standard network services (FS, PS, DNS, DHCP, IIS) – basic administration level
  • Knowledge of NT domain, Active Directory – basic administration level
  • Knowledge of working with virtual machines based on Microsoft and VMWare
  • Knowledge of the MS SQL (supported versions) database system at the common administration level
  • Knowledge of SQL at the level of standard exchange and selective data collection
  • Knowledge of web server management
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / XHTML, ASP, Windows scripts
  • Enhanced knowledge of WEB services and their configuration
  • Advanced PHP knowledge
  • English is a MUST
  • Driving license: B category
