    For the European IT operations centre, which we are providing in cooperation with HP, we are looking for people operating in the area of 1st line Windows administration.

    As a part of a team of windows system administrators, you will work on 1st level support for internal and external HP customers. You will be responsible for minimizing unplanned downtimes in customers environments, solving customers requests and standardizing information/technology solutions, associated processes and automating tasks on the Windows Server platforms (NT, 2000, 2003). As a part of global HP support, you will cooperate with other support teams around the world . - You would work on shifts.

    • implementation of End To End OS/HW/Application/web monitoring and support of infrastructure for new and existing corporate customers
