Registration

You can register for trainings as following:

On-line: by filling a final registration form at the bottom of the selected training in Catalogue of Trainings.

Confirmation of registration

As soon as we receive the final registration form we will send a confirmation of the registration. With this confirmation you are officially registered for the training you have chosen.

 

Cancelling the registration

The cancelation of the final registration for training is only possible in written form (e-mail, fax, by post). The requested confirmation becomes valid only after we confirm receipt of the written cancelation.

 

Cancellation fees

Cancellation fee of 50 % of the price will be charged in case the training is cancelled less than 5 working days before the training. If the training is cancelled  less than 1 working day before the start of the training, a 100 % cancellation fee will be charged.

 

Discounts

We are happy to grant you a quantity price reduction in case of ordering more trainings. Please find current possibilities and information about discounts at the News section or contact us by email at learning@soitron.com.      

 

Customer satisfaction guarantee

All participants of trainings have the opportunity to take the training again at no additional charge. This offer is available up to six months since you have first taken the training.
Just register for the training again by filling in a final registration form and in the cell Comment specify the code “Satisfaction guarantee” and the date you first took the training.
In this case, participants aren´t provided lunch or training materials, which he/she had obtained at the first training.

I am really satisfied with the training. Our trainer Pavol Kvanka is an extremely good trainer. We are learning about UNIX and it´s very important that the trainer has practical experience, not just theoretical.
