Znalosti na úrovni CCNA. Znalosti princípov fungovania Cisco Callmanager/Cisco Callmanager Express.

Training objedtive

Implementovať H.323, SIP a MGCP hlasové brány vrátane podpory SRST a RSVP. Implementovať prepojenia Cisco Callmanagera s tradičnými PBX a verejnou telefónnou sieťou (VTS). Implementovať číslovací plán v riešeniach s viacerými lokalitami a s rôznymi signalizačnými protokolmi. Implementovať prídavné aplikácie a podporu faxovania na hlasových bránach. Implementovať základnú aj pokročilú gatekeeper funkcionalitu a redundanciu na hlasových bránach. Identifikovať jednotlivé modely nasadenia IP-IP brán a ich podporované vlastnosti.
