Znalosť základných termínov a princípov počítačových sietí.Schopnosť konfigurovať IP smerovače a prepínače, znalosť problematiky VLAN a DHCP. Znalosť problematiky vyučovanej v kurze „Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices (ICND)“ alebo tomu ekvivalentné znalosti. Znalosť fungovania tradičných verejných telefónnych sietí (VTS), resp. priama skúsenosť s nimi.

Training objedtive

Zoznámiť sa s technológiou VoIP a tvorbou VoIP sietí Získať znalosti potrebné pri integrácii hlasových brán a gatekeeperov do VoIP siete.
