About the training centre

History

Soitron´s training center (Tronet previously) has an eight-year history. An authorized training center offering Compaq and Microsoft product trainings for Slovak Republic was opened in June 2001. Later, after the fusion of Compaq Computer and Hewlett Packard, Tronet retained its position and confirmed the high quality and expertise of its trainings.

The training center extended its portfolio by adding Cisco trainings in 2003. The same year, Tronet became a certified testing center as a result of a contract with Pearson VUE. In 2007 we opened the testing center of another global provider of complex testing – Prometric.

Educational and certification programs are, as best possible, adapted to the requests of the IT experts. The target of the programs is to establish and maintain high quality of technical knowledge necessary for the optimal integration of particular products in complex solutions.

The center is equipped with the newest technology. Trainings are led by excellent trainers, whose experience is based on every-day practice. The testing of specialists takes place online directly on the premises of the training center.

Training center has trained almost 4100 external and internal IT experts and users of information and communications technologies during its existence.

Training rooms

Our two training rooms completely meet the requirements for all trainings we offer. Training rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with modern computers and presentation equipment. Each training room has capacity of twelve participants. 

Lab

There is also a lab available in our centre, which is equipped with HP technologies (Blade, Itanium, Proliant, Alpha, library MSL6000 and disk array Eva4000), Brocade and Cisco. We can use professional remote labs in case of need.
