Career Growth

Your professional career growth matters to us at Soitron. We support promotion to both technical and managerial senior positions.

A few dozen colleagues have been promoted to senior technical positions within the last few years. The process begins with a great zest to work at such a position. The internal promotion criteria are freely accessible and hence known in advance. Intensive studying and the school of life experience follow. The practical experience is especially important for transferring the knowledge obtained through learning into practical skills.

The managerial positions are offered primarily to internal candidates. Hence, if you are interested in managing people, you may apply through our internal selection process. This application process is widely used for all positions, from team leaders to directors.

This year, 75 senior technical positions have been occupied from within and 20 others have been promoted to managerial positions. This is just the pace we would like to maintain in the future…

 

Training

Career growth goes hand in hand with the opportunity to learn and obtain certifications. Soitron has had an advantage of an internal training center for 7 years. Throughout this time, we became authorized to offer courses for the products of Microsoft (Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Learning Solutions) and Cisco (Cisco Partner Learning Associate). At the same time, we offer certified testing for Pearson VUE and Prometric.

We offer a variety of courses and certification exams of extraordinary quality to our employees. The courses take place in our premises and are adjusted according to the needs of the participants. They facilitate professional growth and contribute to better qualification and higher satisfaction among our employees.

The number of new certifications grows by tens every year. Last year, the number of certifications doubled. Our colleagues passed almost 400 tests this year. We possess approximately 100 Microsoft and Cisco certifications, respectively.

The opportunities for growth are virtually endless; all that it takes is your desire to learn.
