Soitron is one of the five companies nominated for the prestigious IT Company of the Year 2010 Award, granted by IT Asociácia Slovenska (Slovak IT Association) in cooperation with other subjects, organised for ten years already.
This year, commission composed of IT journalists and representatives of IT organizations nominated more than 120 individuals and companies involved in information technologies and telecommunications. The winner will be chosen from these. In case of companies, the criteria include development of unique products, introducing of new services, exports of products with high added value, developing new market segments, investment in company development, cooperation with academia and research institutes or public projects.
Results will be announced on the 30th September 2010 at the IT GALA ceremony. The annual event of the Slovak IT community - IT Summit and IT GALA is organised by ITAS and Digital Visions, and PC REVUE, BZ!, INFOWARE and ITnews.sk portal publisher.
