Soitron successfully completed the Information Security Management System (SMIB) certification for complex delivery design and application in the areas of information technologies and data communication, outsourcing, service support and training in all organizational units according to STN EN ISO 27001:2005 norms.
Soitron also completed the Quality Management System certification for complex delivery design and application in the areas of information technologies and data communication, outsourcing, service support and training according to STN EN ISO 9001:2008 norms.
Both certifications were awarded by TÜV Nord Slovakia, a Slovak branch of a renowned German testing and certification organization TÜV NORD CERT, and are valid for years 2009 – 2011.
Štefan Porubčan, Soitron IT Security Manager said: “I truly believe that our already implemented systems will continue to improve and satisfy our customers. We should be able to obtain the IT Management System (ITIL) certification in the ISO 20000 sequence within the months to come. A special thanks belongs to all my colleagues who have met with the auditors in person, as well as to all those who participated in building and running of the new Information Security Management System.”
