In January 2012, IT Service Management certification audit took place in Soitron. Thanks to fulfillment of all certification requirements, the audit organization TUV NORD recommended to grant certificate for ITSMS (IT Service Management System, ISO 20000-1). It is the first certification under the new version of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011, released in 2011.
Not only Soitron Slovakia succeeded the auditing, also our Czech subsidiary, Soitron, s.r.o. will be awarded this certification.
Obtaining this certificate is considered a great success by Soitron. According to the official list, just three companies in Slovakia rank among the existing holders of the ISO 20000-1. In the Czech Republic, 23 companies have completed this certification.
