The company Soitron was one of the main partners of the 4th annual conference CISCO EXPO 2009, the biggest one in communication technologies in Slovakia. The conference took place in Hotel Crowne Plaza in Bratislava on 25 – 26 November 2009 and hosted approximately 450 participants. Program consisted of technical presentations by both local and international experts, demo shows, reviews of technological solutions, products and case studies about top trends in IT industry.
The conference program also included a party for Cisco customers and partners in the style of 70ties and 80ties “Cisco Disco”. Marcel Rebroš, CEO Cisco Slovakia, awarded the Cisco partners for year 2008. The award for Soitron - Technology Excellence Unified Communications 2008 was received by General Director of the company Vladimír Šikura.
Vladimir Mlynarcik, Sales Director for partner channel Cisco Slovakia, commented Soitron victory: „The winning company of this category, in the given technology is a synonym of investment and success for us… Their willingness to invest into technology development, new technologies and own people persuaded us that the award Technology Excellence Unified Communication could not be awarded to any other company than Soitron.”
