Soitron Becomes Cisco Customer Voice Portal Partner

Soitron, the largest partner of Cisco in Slovakia, continues to expand by becoming a part of the prestigious Cisco Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) program for the second time in its history. Moreover, by fulfilling all criteria Soitron became also an ATP partner for the Cisco Customer Voice Portal.

The objective of the Cisco ATP program is to deliver innovative solutions and a high rate of satisfaction through qualified partnerships.

“This completes the sequence of the highest-standard VOICE certificates. We perceive it as a shared commitment between Soitron and Cisco to deliver even better and more complex services to our clients,” stated Vladimír Mlynarčík from Cisco Slovakia, who is currently in charge of the partnership and distribution channel.

Cisco Customer Voice Portal ATP program focuses on self-service solutions of big contact centers. Being a part of this project enables Soitron to provide voice application solutions to its customers, centering on cost optimization while addressing the specific needs of each customer’s business at the same time.
